Oudh Bar Association Resolves To Boycott Court of Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh of Allahabad High Court For His Misbehavior With Lawyers

Hyderabad 20, April, 2023: In a significant development the Oudh bar Association has passed a resolution today to boycott the court of Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh, a judge of the Allahabad High Court (at the Lucknow Bench), with immediate effect.
In a strongly worded resolution, the Association has cited instances of misbehaviour on the part of Justice Singh with counsel appearing before him.
An urgent meeting was conducted to take a decision by the Association under the chairmanship of the president of the Oudh bar Association Mr. A.M.Tripathi.
It is said that the Bar has received the complaints from the respected members of the Bar. Members has appraised that before Hon’ble Justice D.K.Singh to conduct the cases have now become very difficult becauseof aforesaid circumstances. The bar has unanimously resolved to abstain from working in the court of Justice D.K.Simngh. The resolution stateswith immediate effect from 2:15 p.m. on 19-04-2023 onwards. It is further stated that to safe the dignity of the members of the Bar should be maintained.
