Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari Reviews NEET Exam Preparations in Teleconference with District Collectors and Senior Officials

Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari held a teleconference with District
Collectors, SPs, CPs and reviewed arrangements for the ensuing the NEET Exam to be held on 4 th May this year. She stated that the state has a very good track record of conducting examinations and therefore arrangements have to be made to ensure that the exams are conducted in a foolproof manner. She directed the collectors to identify government buildings with good infrastructure and adequate security arrangements. Government buildings such as Kendriya Vidyalayas, Government schools and colleges should be identified within next few days.
CS also reviewed the progress of the Land Regularisation Scheme. She
asked the collectors to expedite the applications as the government is very keen to complete the process. Awareness should be created among the public about the rebate available till the 31 st of this month. Special focus should be on those who have paid nominal fees and ensure that these applications are cleared soon. Collectors should also hold regular teleconference and monitor the progress.
