CBI Files A Charge sheet Against Four Accused in A Case Related to Alleged Murder of Sh. Y.S. Vivekanand Reddy

The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a chargesheet against four accused in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Pulivendula, District Kadappa (Andhra Pradesh) related to alleged murder of Sh. Y.S. Vivekanand Reddy.

          CBI had registered a case on 09.07.2020 on the orders of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and taken over the investigation of Cr. No. 84/2019, earlier registered at Police Station Pulivendula, Kadappa (Andhra Pradesh). During investigation, CBI had arrested two accused out of said four during August & September, 2021 and they are presently in judicial custody. The other two are on bail.

          Further investigation in the case is continuing.
