Russia-Ukraine Conflict: Lawyer Files PIL In Supreme Court Seeking Safe Evacuation of Stranded Indian Citizens From Ukraine

A Petition (PIL) has been moved before the Apex Court seeking to issue directions to the Central Government to take immediate steps to make necessary arrangements for the speedy evacuation of stranded Indian Citizens from the on-going Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The plea filed by Advocate Vishal Tiwari requested to issue directions to the Central government to ensure that stranded Indian citizens get essential and emergency supplies like food, medical facilities, housing and lodging.
The Air Space has been Shut down in Ukraine and there is no hope for Indian Students to escape from that war land. There are thousands of Indian medical Students studying in Ukraine, there future has been gone in dark because their studies and degrees are at stake. Some of the Universities are giving online classes but some of the universities are forcing for offline classes due to which the medical Students are in fear that their degrees are at risk if they leave Ukraine. Some of the universities are refusing to allow foreign Students to leave the country and not allowing them to take online classes.
The plea has also sought the the MBBS degree of the Indian Students Studied from Ukraine through Online mode shall be recognized So that the Medical students shall not be loose their Career.
It is also stated that situation of chaos has occurred in the city of Kyiv in Ukraine and civilians are left with no hope, and the Indian Students trapped are left with no hope those who are trapped in that City are under fear of war and have no way to return home.
That The Students From Every State Of Our Nation Are Sticked And Trapped In Ukraine And Their Family Members And Parents Are Crying And Looking For The Hope Towards The Government. The Government Has Responsibility To Protect The Life And Liberty Of Its Citizens Guaranteed Under Article 21 Of The Constitution Of India Not Only In Its Country But In Foreign Countries Also, Especially When The Citizens Are Helpless And All Mode Of Transports Are Shutdown. Government Has To Take And Adopt Several Diplomatic Measures.
The Government has responsibility to protect the life and liberty of its Citizens Guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India not only in its Country but in foreign Countries also, especially when the Citizens are helpless and all mode of Transports are Shutdown.
