Law Ministry Notifies Transfer Of 15 Judges In 11 High Courts.

In a big re-shuffle, the law ministry on Tuesday notified the transfer of 15 Judges in 11 High Courts.

The transfers were recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium around a fortnight back. According to the list, Justice Jaswant Singh of Punjab and Haryana High Court has been transferred to the Orissa High Court, while Justice Sabina of Rajasthan HC has been sent to the Himachal Pradesh High Court. Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra of the Orissa High Court has been moved to the Uttarakhand HC, and Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastav of the Chhattisgarh High Court has been shifted to Rajasthan High Court. Justice Ahsan Uddin Amanullah of the Patna High Court has been transferred to the Andhra Pradesh High Court, while Justice Ujjal Bhuyan of the Bombay High Court has been sent to the Telangana High Court. The Gujarat HC Justice Paresh R Upadhyay stands transferred to the Madras HC, while Justice M S S Ramchandra Rao of the Telangana HC has been sent to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Justice Arindam Sinha of Calcutta High Court to Orissa HC. Justice A M Badar of Kerala High Court stands transferred to Patna High Court. Justice Yehwanth Verma of Allahabad HC to Delhi HC. Justice Vivek Agarwal of Allahabad High Court to Madhya Pradesh High Court. Justice Chandra Dhari Singh of Allahabad HC to Delhi HC. Justice AnoopChitkara, Judge of Himachal Pradesh High Court to Punjab and Haryana High Court. Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari of Allahabad High Court to Andhra Pradesh High Court.
