Centre Notifies Appointment Of 20 Judges to Three High Courts.

The Centre has notified appointment of 20 new high court judges- eight each to Allahabad and Gauhati High Court, and four judges to the Madras High Court.

The names of the judges were recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium on August,24 along with the names of five other lawyers.

For Allahabad High Court

1. Chandra Kumar Rai, Advocate.
   1. Krishna Pal, Advocate.
   1. Sameer Jain, Advocate.
   1. Ashutosh Srivastava, Advocate.
   1. Subhash Vidyarthi, Advocate.
   1. Brij Raj Singh, Advocate.
   1. Shree Prakash Singh Advocate.
   1. Vikas Budhwar, Advocate.

For Madras High Court

1. Smt. Sundaram Srimathy, Advocate.
2. D. Bharatha Chakravarthy, Advcoate.
3. R. Vijaykumar, Advocate.
4. Mohammed Shaffiq, Advocate.

Their names were recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium on September 1.

For Gauhathi High Court

1.Kakheto Seema, Advocate.

2.Devashis Baryah, Advocate.

3.Smt.Malasari Nandi, Judicial Officer.

4. Smt.marli Vankung, Judicial Officer.
