CBI Arrests an Absconding Accused in A Case Related to CGHS Scam

The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested an absconding accused from Rohini, Delhi. He was one of the prime accused in Central Government Group Housing Society (CGHS) scam cases registered in CBI. He was absconding from trial since 02.11.2018 in a case. 

            The role of said accused was found in around 18 cases. He was also convicted in some cases and around12 cases are under trial. 

            The arrested accused was produced before the Competent Court and remanded to Judicial Custody.
