BCT Felicitates CJ of THC Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, Justice Ujal Bhuyan and Justice A.Rajashekher Reddy

Today the Bar Council of Telangana has invited Hon’ble Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, Hon’ble Sri Justice Ujal Bhuyan and Hon’ble Sri Justice Rajasekhar Reddy and felicitated the judges as Hon’ble Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Hon’ble Sri Justice Ujal Bhuyan recently assumed the charge.

The Bar Council of Telangana felt it necessary to interact with the judges in order to ventilate the views of the Advocates with regard to the institutional issues and welfare activities for the Advocates, in which, the role of judiciary is also involved. The Hon’ble Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma has promised that he will move with the Bar with regard to the issues and always he will support the cause of litigant public and all the 3 High Court Judges have appreciated the Bar Council of Telangana for its relentless work rendered during the COVID-19 and advised the Bar Council to continue the legal education programmes which will help the Advocate Community and in turn they can assist the Courts in proper manner. The Bar Council has requested the Hon’ble Chief Justice for allotment of land to have a separate Bar Council building including the Conference Hall, Enrolment Hall etc., and the Hon’ble Chief Justice has promised to look into the matter.

The Chief Justice has requested the Advocate General to suggest the Government of Telangana for allotment of 80 Acres of land for the purpose of construction of new High Court Complex. The Members of the Bar Council of Telangana have interacted with 3 judges. The Hon’ble Chairman Sri A.Narasimha Reddy has presided the meeting, The Advocate General Sri B.S.Prasad, the President of High Court Bar Association Sri Ponnam Ashok Goud, have also attended. The Vice Chairman, Sri Sunil Goud, Member Bar Council of India for the State of Telangana, Sri P.Vishnuvardhana Reddy and Members of Bar Council of Telangana and the staff of Bar Council were present in the meeting
