Advocate Sunil Fernandes resigns as AAG for the state of Madhya Pradesh

Additional Advocate General for the State of Madhya Pradesh Mr. Sunil Fernandes resigned from his post with immediate effect.
While tendering his resignation Mr. Sunil Fernandes states that “I take this opportunity to thank the Law Department, all other Departments and officers of the State Government for their prompt assistance and co-operation, which enabled me to effectively discharge my duties before the hon’ble Supreme Court.
