In view of overwhelming love and affection from members GHCAA President Yatin Oza withdraws resignation

Gujarat High Court Advocate Association President Yatin Oza had
tendered his resignation expressing that I have miserably failed to wipe out
the tears, miseries and the difficulties being faced by the members in this
hard time.
Oza had resigned from his office following differences among the officer
bearers of the Association regarding re-opening of the Courts for physical
hearings
Many members have expressed their pathetic and disastrous financial
situation.
Oza had expressed anguish in being unable to redress the grievances of
the members when they needed him most.
He had also cited the difficulties in resolving internal disagreements within
the Association on various issues as hearing through virtual conferencing
and entry of Advocates to their Chambers.

In the backdrop of this episode, the Managing Committee of the Gujarat
High Court Advocates Association in an extra ordinary urgent meeting
called through whats app at 10:00 p.m. on 2.6.2020 unanimously rejected
the resignation submitted by its President Shri Yatin Oza
They also passed resolution requesting Mr. Oza to withdraw the same. 
General Secretary Hardik Brahmbhatt conveyed the same to Mr. Oza and
giving respect to the wishes of the Managing Committee, Mr. Oza has
agreed to withdraw his resignation forthwith.

Oza has been elected to hold the office of the President of the GHCAA for
as many as 17 times. He had tendered his resignation yesterday after
General Secretary of the Association, Prithiviraj Jadeja, wrecked his
attempt to convince a Chief Justice led panel to re-open courts for physical
hearings. He expressed his regrets for having “failed to wipe out their
miseries “and withdrew from the office.
AS per the Constitution of our Association, resignation does not require any
formal approval. It becomes immediately once it is received by the
recipients competent to accept which as per our Constitution is the
Secretary General of the Vice President.
