The Supreme Court Collegium Propses Transefer of Justice P.V Sanjay Kumar P&H High Court

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended transfer of Justice.P.V.Sanjay Kumar of the Telanagana High Court to the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
“The Collegium resolves to recommend that Mr. Justice P.V.Sanjay Kumar, Judge, Telangana High Court, be transferred, in the interest of the better administration of justice,to Pumjab & Haryana High Cort”
Telangana High Court Advocate Association has strongly expressed displeasure with the above transfer order
An extraordinary executive committee meeting was convened here on Friday which passed a resolution condemning the transfer of JusticePV Sanjay Kumar as a puisne of Punjab & Haryana High Court.
The association wanted him to be appointed as Chief Justice in any High Court.
Justice Puligoru Venkata Sanjay Kumar, B.Com.,LL.B., was born on 14th August, 1963. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 25th August, 1988 and practiced in High Court of Andhra Pradesh in Civil, Constitutional and Service matters. He was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on August 8, 2008 and as Permanent Judge on January 20, 2010
