Institutional Harmony in Focus: MLA Madhusudan Reddy Holds Deliberations with Telangana High Court Advocates’ Body

Hyderabad: 26, April- In a significant engagement highlighting issues concerning the legal fraternity, G. Madhusudan Reddy, Advocate and MLA from Devarakadra Constituency, visited the Telangana High Court Advocates Association on Thursday and held an interactive session with its office bearers and executive members.
He was received by Association President S. Surender Reddy, along with Vice President D. L. Pandu, Secretary P. Shravan Kumar Goud, Joint Secretary Ms. P. Krishna Keertana, Treasurer Balaji Banoth, Sports and Cultural Secretary Vishnu Vardhan Jayasurya, and members of the Executive Committee.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on the proposed Advocates Protection Act, with particular emphasis on ensuring the safety, security, and welfare of members of the Bar. Various challenges faced by advocates in the discharge of their professional duties were also discussed at length.
On the occasion, the Association felicitated G. Madhusudan Reddy in recognition of his contributions and continued engagement with issues concerning the legal community.
In a key outcome of the meeting, the Executive Committee resolved to seek an early appointment with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana to present a comprehensive representation on the pressing concerns of advocates and the judiciary, and to urge appropriate policy measures for their redressal.
The interaction underscored the need for closer coordination between the Bar and the legislature to strengthen institutional support for the legal profession.
