NALSAR and T-Hub Join Forces on World IP Day to Empower Startups with Stronger Intellectual Property Support

In an important step towards strengthening intellectual property (IP) support for startups, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with T-Hub Foundation on World Intellectual Property Day.

The MoU was formally signed by Prof. Srikrishna Deva Rao, Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR University of Law, and Ms. Santoshi Reddy Velagala, Vice President – Finance, Legal, and Compliance at T-Hub Foundation. The signing ceremony was also attended by Prof. Anindya Sircar, Chair Professor – IPR, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, along with senior leadership from T-Hub.

This partnership marks a continued collaboration between the DPIIT IPR Chair at NALSAR and T-Hub, with a shared vision to offer holistic IP-related support to startups. The alliance aims to provide a wide range of services including expert advisory, policy development, training programs, and capacity-building initiatives.

By combining NALSAR’s academic and legal expertise with T-Hub’s thriving startup ecosystem, the partnership is poised to foster innovation, ensure robust IP protection, and contribute to the long-term success of emerging ventures.

Looking ahead, NALSAR’s DPIIT IPR Chair is also exploring broader collaborations with T-Hub to develop impactful programs, positioning both institutions as key players in India’s innovation and IP landscape.
