42 More Farmers Organizations Impleads in Case Before Supreme Court

After the December 17 order of the Supreme Court which allowed farmers congregation at Delhi ‘s borders to continue their protest against three contentious farm laws while also directing the petitioners before the Supreme Court to ensure that all farmers unions be made party to the case.
At least 42 farmers unions have been impleaded as parties to the case pending before the Supreme Court in relation to farmers’ protest. the farmers from 26.11.2020 have been protesting against the above-mentioned bills at the borders of Delhi. That on 27.11.2020 the Delhi Police allowed protesters to hold the demonstration peacefully at Nirankari Ground in Burari, Delhi, but despite that they have blocked the borders of Delhi and not allowing anyone to pass on these roads.
the ongoing protest at the Delhi borders, the roads have been blocked by the protesters and closed border points, which have affected vehicular traffic and people who are travelling to and from Delhi to get medical treatment in reputed government/private hospitals situated in Delhi are also affected.
The petitioners have sought the removal of the farmers from the roads citing the inconvenience caused to public due to protest blocking roads.
One of the petitions filed by law student Rishab Sharma through Advocate Om Prakash Parihar have now impleaded the following farmers Unions as parties to the case:
